What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of delivering, developing, and enhancing the services offered by BIG Community within the Liverpool City Region.
- Elevate the profile of BIG Community to expand membership and engagement opportunities for our learners and members
within our Being Involved Group (BIG) and Hate Crime Ambassador groups.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities in both individual and group settings.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals in realising their full potential.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, coupled with outstanding communication abilities.
- Experience in guiding people towards achieving their individual goals.
- Experience in community work or volunteering in related fields can be advantageous.
