A new contact number for claimants in receipt of Disability Living Allowance whose date of birth is on or before the 8th April 1948 comes into effect 25 February 2015 – 0345 (0845) 605 6055.
All other claimants telephone DLA Helpline 0345 (0845) 7123456.
Attendance Allowance Service Centre 0345 605 6055 or 0845 605 6055
Text Phone number for Attendance Allowance will be 0845 604 5312.
The existing Helpline number – 0845 712 3456 – will become a dedicated line for Disability Living Allowance only
