Partners in Training
Relevant training is on offer to PA’s free of charge through Government regeneration monies. There are no hidden costs as it is totally funded to enable the staff in this sector develop to their full potential.
The training is offered to all PA’s co-ordinated by Brenda Kelly and the local college to ensure that quality monitoring is in place.
The training on offer is:
ILM First Line Management Training Course: (suitable for assistant managers or senior care staff who take responsibility or decision make in the managers absence must be qualified to L3 as this provides bolt on management units to their existing qualification).
QCF Diplomas in Health and Social L2/3 (including PA training)
QCF Diplomas in Business Admin L2/3
QCF Diplomas in Customer Service L2/3
QCF Cleaning and Environmental Services L2/L3, as used in hospitals and other public domains.
QCF Cookery / Hospitality L2 ideal for assistant cooks and staff who support in preparing meals, L3 for cooks.
