Arriva can now offer Journey Assistance Cards to make it easier for customers with disabilities, particularly those that are hidden or not easy to recognise, to use their bus services.
How to obtain Assistance Cards
Arriva’s Assistance Cards come with a range of messages that tell their drivers what help you’d like during your bus journey.
Discreet and easy to use
The cards are discreet, easy for you to use and easy for others to understand especially if your disability is hidden, just show the card to the driver as well as your travel ticket when boarding the bus.
