Due to the growth of the business, a new role has been created for a Payroll Team leader to join and support a busy team of four and reporting to the CEO. The role is based in Huyton, Merseyside and the opportunity for hybrid working exists.
A full-time experienced Payroll Team Leader to lead a team of four payroll administrators (2 apprentices) and take overall responsibility for operational delivery and customer service and continuous improvement. The successful applicant will be
• CIPP qualified or similar qualification
• Experienced in the use of payroll systems
• Possess in depth knowledge of payroll and pension processes, including HMRC and PAYE
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Experienced in managing and supporting staff
• Experienced in performance management
