We have a vacancy for a tutor/trainer to deliver our Managing my Money course to small groups of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Managing my Money is an established and popular programme of 2 hour sessions provided in community settings aimed at helping people improve their ability to manage money.

The course covers topics such as: –

  • recognising the value of different coins and notes;
  • how to spend safely;
  • budgeting;
  • saving;
  • and operating bank accounts

You will have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities individually and in group settings, and possess a passion and commitment to helping them develop their potential.

The role calls for strong organisational and planning abilities together with excellent communication skills.
