Your Payroll is an award-winning payroll bureau service serving approximately 1,000 satisfied clients, chiefly based in Merseyside. With ambitious plans to increase our customer base by exploiting opportunities within the social care, public and private sector markets across the UK, this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, growing organisation.
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Payroll Administrator (35 hours per week) to join our small, busy, customer-focused team and play a pivotal role in delivering our growth aspirations.
The role involves full end-to-end processing of payrolls for multiple clients, ranging from individuals who employ personal care assistants at home to large commercial enterprises.
The successful applicant will have experience of operating large scale payrolls, including registering PAYE schemes with HMRC, pensions auto-enrolment administration and preparation of quarterly notices for tax and NI returns. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with FMP Payrite software and strong Microsoft Excel skills would be beneficial.
