Planning For The Future – Wills and Trusts

Mencap offer free information seminars on how to take care of someone with a learning disability when you are no longer around – by making a suitable will or setting up a trust.

A local solicitor with experience of drafting wills and trusts for the benefit of people with a learning disability is present at all the seminars, and they are an ideal opportunity to ask any questions that you may have with regards to your family will.

They will be visiting Merseyside on:

Merseyside Youth Association, Conference Room, The Door, 65-67 Hanover Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 3DY
